Our machining know-how helps our customers get their projects done on time and within budget. We continue to invest in new equipment annually. Our newest addition, CNC number 11 is another Hurco VM10 – a machining center with which we have an excellent production track record. (We’re enthusiastic about our 12th CNC investment: a turning center with live tooling, Y axis, dual spindle, and a 3″ bar feeder which is due in September.) This regular investment in equipment increases our capacity, speeds up production and makes us better equipped to handle our customers’ ever-expanding needs.
Capabilities include 3, 4th & 5-axis ultra precision CNC machining. When it comes to complex curves and non linear shapes (parts like turbines, impellers, and shaft type components) 4th and 5-axis rotary movement are essential to effective production.
Medical machining often requires small-scale (or micromachining) capabilities and LMW delivers. Our responsiveness and short run production focus is perfect for customers who need to produce prototypes or small, cost-effective batch runs in order to perfect their product. LMW provides precision medical machining of a variety of instrumentation devices.
